The total is the winning bid plus a flat $295 commission (vehicles under $40,000; $395 above), about $450 US pickup and port handling, $1,150–1,750 ocean freight depending on vehicle size, 10% EU import duty, your country's VAT (19–23%), and door delivery. Our calculator shows the exact delivered total for every lot before you bid.
Can I bid on Copart or IAAI without a US dealer license?＋
Yes. Leśniewski Auction bids for you through official licensed auction channels — you set your maximum, we execute the purchase. You never need a US license, address or broker middleman.
How long does delivery from the USA to Europe take?＋
Typically 4–8 weeks door to door: about 1–2 weeks from auction win to port departure, 2–3 weeks ocean transit to Rotterdam, and up to a week for customs clearance and final delivery. You track every stage live on the platform.
Is buying a salvage car from a US auction safe?＋
